I’m not going to lie, when I first came across this recipe, I was hesitant to try it. I had convinced myself, the end product would be a dried up Chicken, similar to the turkey on National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation. Wow! I was WRONG! This recipe will give you a Rotisserie Chicken right out of the oven. Unfortunately, I can’t seem to find the original recipe to give credit where credit is due. Whoever you are, thank you! Try it for yourself!
